Now We're Back on the Train, Yeah | 12X12 Gallery Wrap
In the artist's words
I'm not a big fan of clothes and accessories on animals, unless it is in the service of science. For example, a little hat that amplifies telekinetic energy is ok.
If you have questions about the piece, feel free to message — happy to talk about it.
Robot human hybrid description
A little white cat sits on a table under institutional lighting, wearing a small black hat mounted with an antenna. A Rubik's cube floats in the air beside it — mid-solve, apparently by thought alone. The cat's expression is focused and faintly disdainful.
In the foreground, the darkened silhouettes of observers crowd the frame, watching from below. The scene reads like a classified experiment. The palette is almost entirely cool grey-green, which makes the cube's muted colors and the faint glow around the cat read as the only warmth in the room.
The composition is tight and cinematic — the cat is the clear subject, but the watching figures give it an edge of absurd bureaucratic seriousness.
This is for someone who appreciates deadpan humor with real craft behind it. It fits well in a home office, a gaming room, or anywhere that could use something genuinely strange on the wall. Also a strong gift for puzzle nerds, cat people, or anyone with a soft spot for retro sci-fi aesthetics.
