Yarn | 12X12 Board
In the artist's words
This is a xenomorph playing with a ball of yarn, and I don't think we need to say to much about it to be honest.
If you have questions about the piece, feel free to message — happy to talk about it.
Robot human hybrid description
The xenomorph is on its back, tangled in a length of lavender yarn that runs from its claws to a loose ball resting nearby. The pose is unmistakably cat-like.
The figure is rendered in deep charcoal and slate, with just enough highlight to pick out the ridged skull, segmented tail, and inner jaw. The lavender yarn is the only color in the piece — and it does a lot of work.
This one lands for horror fans who also have a sense of humor, or anyone who's ever owned a cat and watched too many Alien films. It's specific enough to read immediately and absurd enough to make someone stop scrolling.
